Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Other areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 3,000.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to track your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
